Sadie Mears (b.2000) is a Theatre Director from South-East London now based in Manchester. She is interested in the dark capacity of the human nature, and psychological truth. Her practise is rooted in both Meisner and visual arts.

Sadie was the Resident Assistant director at the Royal Exchange Theatre 2025/26, and trained on the Birkbeck Theatre Directing MFA.

She also holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol.
